Nothing too much trouble, the venue suited the needs. Charming hotel with unbeatable location on the coast, and the breakfast was amazing. The service offered was fantastic.

Our stay at Hostal Alegre was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The owners, Cecilia and Jarno, were incredibly hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful terrace with a mountain view. The location was perfect, just a short walk to both the beach and the city center. We also appreciated the free beach equipment rentals. we had a great experience and would definitely book here again if we come back to the area.

Everything was great, including kind staff and incredible location close to the beach. There were an electric kettle, climate control and an individual safe in my double room, liked it. The service was fantastic with parking nearby. I spent a fantastic time here, would recommend to anyone.

They provided us with excellent recommendations for local food that weren't tourist traps, just delicious, authentic cuisine. The room was incredibly comfortable, with a good air conditioning, cozy bed, and a refreshing shower. We loved the cosy feel of the place, and the swimming pool was a great bonus. The location was also perfect, with easy access to the beach and city center. But what made our stay truly special was the genuine care and hospitality of Jarno and Cecilia. They made us feel like family and truly wanted us to have the best experience in Nerja.

Chilled-out base for exploring Nerja. Charming and lovely hotel in a pretty nice area, stroll from bars and restaurants. Delicious and marvellous breakfast with different homemade food and fantastic service. Comfy rooms with large private terrace looking up at the mountains, and marvellous location. 5 min walk from the bus stop❤

The location here is great - you can easily walk to a beautiful long beach 🏖️.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at Hostal Alegre! We stayed for a week and it was the perfect place to unwind after our travels around Spain. The friendly host made us feel incredibly welcome and the studio room with its large private terrace was a dream. We loved sipping wine and enjoying the mountain views. The location just outside the busy old quarter was a bonus, offering a relaxed atmosphere without the crowds. Highly recommended!
